I highly recommend this for vegans just as a supplement to make sure you are getting all the Iron and B-12 in your diet that you need. Plus it has spurlina in it!
RAW FIT PROTEIN POWDER
This Raw Fit Protein is my favorite Vegan protein supplement that I have tried. This product is geared towards lean muscle gain and burning fat, two things that I quite enjoy. I like to mix one scoop of this protein powder with one scoop of the green complete and almond milk everyday after my workouts.
B-12 is a little tricky to get solely through a plant based diet. If you aren’t supplementing through a greens powers (Like the green complete- even the c4 has some b12 in it!) then I recommend an oral supplement. I like the liquid the best because it absorbs fast under your tongue and it tasted good. I keep this guy handy even though I supplement in other aspects and take a serving at least 3 times a week to ensure I’m meeting my b-12 needs.
TRUTH VEGAN BCAA
BCAA’s are so important to my workout routine because if you are working out vigorously, your muscles are tearing and need to repair. There are lots of foods that have complete Branch Chain Amino Acids (like quinoa) but I like to add these in to guarantee my muscles are repairing as fast as they can!
