Small update. Seeing good results with HIIT & Weights & Yoga. I honestly think the magic starts to happen when you commit to getting really sweaty when you workout & keep your rest periods in between sets to the minimum.
I learned some next level moves today in yoga sculpt that I don’t want to forget and share:
Abs
One legged V up crunches with weights
Eagle crunches, legs up first and then crunch up
Cardio
We did a lit Tabata:
Jump squats 20 sec on,
10 sec working recovery squats
High knees 20 sec on,
10 sec working recovery squats
Mountain climbers 20 sec on,
10 sec working recovery squats
Burpees 20 sec on,
10 sec working recovery squats
