At the beginning of the month I decided to pack up and go to Bali for at least the month of May. So far, so great. As of this week I’ve been able to stabilize my living situation and have been able to be more back on a grind. I’ve been working on an E-Book that explains how to adapt fitness into your lifestyle as well as workouts that help you build lean muscle and stay toned! Will be launching in June.

⊳ 10 Weighted single leg kickback on Bosu with barbell + pulse up (25) + pulse back (25) (x2). .
⊳ 50 jump squat combo no bosu (to get heart rate back up). .
⊳ 10 upside down bosu hip thrusters with 20lb barbell (x2). .
⊳ 10 upside down bosu single leg hip thrusters with 20lb barbell (x2). .
⊳ 10 Bosu ball plank leg lift combo with 10 spider crunch hold plank for 1 min both legs (x2). .
⊳ Stretch and cool down
