Hey Friends ☼
I’ve known for a while now that I’ve always loved health and fitness. I have a loud voice inside that is thirsty to learn more about the industry and help others experience the health and happiness that I have received as a result of proper nutrition and training. So I am happy to say that I am currently learning more, and as of today I officially have my personal training certificate.
In addition to having my certification, I will continue to share my personal experience and knowledge but I will also be able to back it up more scientifically and up to industry standard. I will be sharing the information that I feel is valuable for the regular gym goer to know on my blog. The more I can share the stronger we all get 🙂
I have been passionate about trying different workouts (HIIT, free weights, cardio, yoga, etc.) in search of the best way to build lean muscle for years now and will be narrowing down the most effective exercises into a guide here in the near future. Most importantly I want to teach others how to integrate fitness into their routine as a lifestyle because they will have sustainable results.
