Achieving a complete goal/ idea doesn’t happen overnight/ instantly. “Success is a series of small wins.” Can’t let my big dreams cripple my action by feeling too overwhelmed. It’s hard to feel motivated when where you are now, and where you want to be seem so far apart. This is my ease back in. Small steps, much like recovering from an injury. As I once said many posts ago, I was hesitant to start a blog because I wasn’t where I wanted to be. Well guess what, I’m currently not where I want to be– but if I want to get there… I have to start somewhere. So I’m here starting now. The ball is (back) in motion.

6 Jogging laps around track
10 Min stair climber intervals
Lvl 8 for 1:15
Lvl 15 for :45
7 Min interval (Non-stop)
Weighted squats on assisted squat bar:
25lbs each side x10
30lbs each side x10
35lbs each side x10
25lbs each side x10
bar, squat pulse x5x5
7 Min Interval (Non-stop)
30lbs Straight legged kickbacks x15 each side
25lbs Glute bridge reps x20
25lbs One legged glute bridge x15 each side
Repeattt for 7 mins

15lbs Weighted bosu squats x20
15lbs Balancing bosu kickback one leg x10 each side
15lbs Balancing bosu one legged pulse x10 each side

7 Min ab interval
Hanging crunches :45 on :15 off

20 Min stationary cycle
