My name is Danielle and I am currently living in Honolulu, Hawaii. I am practicing a healthy vegan lifestyle and am passionate about sharing my experiences with you! On this blog, I will be uploading posts about food, fitness, inspirations and my daily experiences. My main focus is building lean muscle as a vegan and defined ABS!!!
I started dieting when I began college after I gained the freshman 15 and I’ve yo-yoed ever since, (until now!) In the past, I tried about every diet that ever existed (jk) but I did try quite a few… I’ve been paleo, no carb, no sugar, restrictive, b/p, >>> vegan transition >>> raw til 4, 80/10/10, WSLF… etc. Going vegan was the first step in the RIGHT direction for me, and even though I wasn’t being as restrictive in a caloric way, I was still struggling with extreme eating by sticking to strict rules.
I’ve been vegan since 5/5/2015 and my main goal has been to find balance, abundance, a wholesome lifestyle. Although I am not in perfect harmony with my body/ mind/ soul, I am the best I have been yet and I continue to work every day to be the best me I can be! I have accumulated so much knowledge and personal experience along the way that I am so happy to share with you 🙂
