Ingredients:
Base:
– Rice Noodles
– 1 Tofu
– Edamame
– 1 Cucumber
– Cilantro
– 1 Pineapple
– 1 Avocado
– 1 Carrot
– Almonds
Tofu Sauce:
– Picked Garlic
– Nori
– Apple Cider Vinegar
Veggie Sauce:
– Liquid Aminos/ Soy Sauce
– Siracha
– 1 Blood Orange Juice
Directions:
Base
- Add rice noodles & water in a pan at medium heat, let soak for 10 minutes
- Chop cucumbers into round slices
- Cut pineapple into squares
- Slice the avocado
- Cut the carrots into thin long slices
- Defrost/ shell the edamame
- Chop tofu into squares
Sauce
- Massage thepicked garlic, liquid aminos, apple cider vinegar and shopped nori into the cold tofu
- Squeeze the blood orange juice into a bowl, then add liquid aminos. From there add siracha to desired spiciness
Add everything into a bowl and chow 🙂
