– Rice Noodles
– 1 Tofu
– Edamame
– 1 Cucumber
– Cilantro
– 1 Pineapple
– 1 Avocado
– 1 Carrot
– Almonds

Tofu Sauce:

– Picked Garlic
– Nori
– Apple Cider Vinegar

Veggie Sauce:

– Liquid Aminos/ Soy Sauce
– Siracha
– 1 Blood Orange Juice




  • Add rice noodles & water in a pan at medium heat, let soak for 10 minutes
  • Chop cucumbers into round slices
  • Cut pineapple into squares
  • Slice the avocado
  • Cut the carrots into thin long slices
  • Defrost/ shell the edamame
  • Chop tofu into squares


  • Massage thepicked garlic, liquid aminos, apple cider vinegar and shopped nori into the cold tofu
  • Squeeze the blood orange juice into a bowl, then add liquid aminos. From there add siracha to desired spiciness

Add everything into a bowl and chow 🙂
